5.2. Guarantee and Authorization of Non-Personal Information

2. content that endangers national security, leaks state secrets, subverts state power, undermines national unity, or harms national honor and interests;
3. content that promotes terrorism or extremism, or incites the implementation of terrorist activities or extremist activities;
4. content that incites ethnic hatred or ethnic discrimination, or undermines ethnic unity;
5. content that incites regional discrimination, regional hatred, or group discrimination;
6. content that undermines national religious policies or promotes cults and feudal superstition;
7. content that distorts, vilifies, desecrates, or denies the deeds and spirit of heroic martyrs, or infringes the names, portraits, reputation, or honor of heroic martyrs through insult, defamation, or other means;
8. content that spreads obscenity, pornography, gambling, violence, murder, terror, or instigation of crime;
9. content that insults or defames others, or infringes others' reputation, privacy, portrait, intellectual property rights, or other lawful rights and interests;
10. content that fabricates or spreads rumors or false information, disrupts economic order or social order, or undermines social stability;
11. content that violently intimidates or threatens others;
12. content that may cause minors to imitate unsafe behavior or behavior violating social morality, induce bad habits in minors, or infringe the lawful rights and interests of minors or harm the physical and mental health of minors;
13. content that infringes others' personal privacy, secretly photographs or records others without their permission, or infringes others' lawful rights;
14. content that spreads excessive marketing information and spam information;
15. comments using languages or writing other than the commonly used language and writing of this website;
16. information that is meaningless, or deliberately uses character combinations to evade technical review;
17. content that uses exaggerated titles where the content seriously does not match the title;
18. content that hypes gossip, scandals, misconduct, or similar matters;
19. content that improperly comments on natural disasters, major accidents, and other disasters;
20. content that promotes vulgar, lowbrow, kitsch content, or promotes undesirable content such as worship of money and flaunting of wealth;
21. content containing terror, violence, blood, high risk, or content that harms the physical or mental health of the performer or others, including but not limited to: suicidal or self-harming violent acts; content that threatens life or health, uses knives or other dangerous equipment for performance, and affects the personal and/or property rights of oneself or others; content that abets or induces others to participate in dangerous or illegal activities that may cause personal injury or death;
22. content that impersonates others or uses the name of others to use XingShan Zhaowu software services or disseminate any information, or maliciously uses registered accounts causing other users to misunderstand;
23. viruses, trojans, crawlers, or other malicious software or program code that may damage, tamper with, delete, affect the normal operation of any system of the XingShan Zhaowu Platform, or obtain data or personal information of the XingShan Zhaowu Platform or other users without authorization;
24. other content that has an adverse impact on the network ecology, and other content prohibited by laws and administrative regulations.

[Authorization for Use] For text, images, videos, audio, and other non-personal information that you provide, publish, or form during the use of XingShan Zhaowu Platform services, no transfer of intellectual property rights, portrait rights, or other rights will occur due to acts such as uploading or publishing, unless we separately state otherwise. Within the scope permitted by law, you grant XingShan Zhaowu and its affiliated companies a free, non-exclusive, territory-unrestricted license to use such information, including storing, using, copying, revising, editing, publishing, displaying, translating, distributing the above information or creating derivative works, incorporating the above information into other works in forms, media, or technologies now known or later developed, etc.; and the right to sublicense third parties to use such information; as well as the right to collect evidence and file lawsuits in its own name against third-party infringement.

5.3. Complaints and Reports

If, during your use of XingShan Zhaowu Platform services, you discover various illegal or non-compliant acts, illegal dissemination activities, illegal or harmful information, or other content, you may make complaints or reports through the "Report Center," the "Internet illegal and harmful information report phone/email ([*])," and other methods publicly displayed by the XingShan Zhaowu Platform. XingShan Zhaowu will handle your complaints and reports in a timely manner in accordance with relevant legal provisions.
